The location is superb. Shops and attractions are nearby. I enjoyed a good breakfast each day. Staff members are kind and helpful. Breakfast has a fine selection. I sat outside on the small terrace.
The hotel is old and some areas are not renovated.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room Change

The location was certainly convenient, near main attractions.
We were initially assigned a room with a view of the rooftops. Upon returning later, the room assignment changed without notification. The replacement overlooked a taxi parking area. The staff offered no real explanation for this change and seemed annoyed by our questions. This switch impacted the experience negatively.

the location was perfect for exploring. taxis were available right outside THE door. breakfast offered plenty of food options.
i noticed the hotel was not very clean. the room felt dirty , and the bathroom was not properly sanitized. maintenance seemed to be lacking overall.

excellent location and service

I found the staff attentive. They always seemed willing to help. the breakfast in the main building was decent with good choices. they arranged transportation from the hotel to the airport for me, which i appreciated. i would certainly consider staying here again, should i visit again.
It was a minor inconvenience. carrying my baggage over uneven terrain posed a slight challenge.

This place features multiple buildings. These are accessible from the main hotel. breakfast is served at the main building on a lovely terrace. this setup added to the charm, but be prepared for some walking.

The breakfast selection was abundant. Pastries were in great supply! the quality of the food added greatly to a positive morning experience. It always started the day well. the terrace provided a fine backdrop.

My room included comfortable beds and a well kept bathroom! the room's location offered convenient access to the nearby piazza. the balcony was lovely with a nice view. It greatly enhanced my overall stay.

the location was good for accessing many attractions quickly.
this meant lugging baggage over uneven ground and the building didnt have any elevator. i was also not impressed with the shower. It was very small and had weak water pressure.

The staff showed great kindness and professionalism, which I greatly appreciated. Breakfast featured a wide array of fresh options in the Green Room. The hotel location provided convenient access to many sites. I found the rooms to be stylish and quite comfortable, nice for peaceful rest.
